To bypass the energy-intensive recycling

T-pak is developing a control system for a multimaterial waste processing line based on the dynamic pre-regulation of processing parameters and component proportions, aimed at obtaining a reproducible, high performance final product with a minimum of energy and additives consumption.
The control system proposed in the project will bypass the energy-intensive recovery processes of the individual components of the multi-material raw materials (ALU, PE, paper). The process control system will be responsible for selecting the mixture and processing parameters to obtain a completely new material of a generic nature from the multi-material raw materials. The resulting new material can find applications in the industrial and construction sectors, including formwork, reusable formwork systems, external walls in warehouses, lightweight walls and floors in buildings, and others.
